CHESTERLAND OH – Delphin Technology has equipped its bestselling data logger and vibration measurement devices, the Expert Transient and Expert Vibro, with new data storage functions. These next-gen data acquisition products are available immediately from CAS DataLoggers to help you get your application quickly started and smoothly implemented.
Both the Expert Transient and Expert Vibro models are equipped as standard with internal data storage capabilities of up to 15 GB. These devices are for universal application and have high analog input sampling rates (of up to 50k samples/s), so users will often benefit from these higher storage capacities.
In addition to the popular data read-out options via USB stick, laptop, network or internet, Delphin now offers a further option: automated uploading to a server (push operation). With this option users don't have to worry about uploading data. FTP service enables data to be automatically saved to any server whether on a local network or the internet. The process can be triggered either chronologically or via events. The current and up-to-date data is then automatically available to all authorized user groups.
Another practical option for data storage is via the automated backup of the device's internal memory to a NAS or USB drive. Applications that generate large amounts of data benefit in particular from this inexpensive option for extending storage capacities. Data in this case is also saved with time-stamps. Even large volumes of data can then be instantly portrayed and evaluated using the included Delphin ProfiSignal software.

Synchronous and Fast
Delphin's Expert Transient data acquisition system is ideal for fault diagnostics in machinery and plants. This new system is especially suited to the evaluation of pressure pulses, fast process monitoring and controller optimization. Sampling of analog and digital measurement data is performed fully synchronously.
The Expert Transient is able to transmit data to a PC via an Ethernet interface where it can be saved and observed online. The Expert Transient also features an optional Wi-Fi interface. The device is delivered with Delphin's powerful ProfiSignal Go software which enables recorded signals to be portrayed live in y(t) diagrams.
A Single System for Vibration Measurement
Compact, intelligent and fast, Delphin's Expert Vibro Data Acquisition and Control System provides users with analysis and monitoring functions, intelligent signal processing, local data storage capability and versatile fieldbus connections – all in a single device! While other vibration monitoring systems usually require multiple pieces of equipment, Expert Vibro systems enable vibration data to undergo simultaneous monitoring, recording and analysis. Using its continuous sampling mode, even the smallest of irregularities are recorded.
