Decision Dynamics Announces Board and Officer Appointments

Decision Dynamics' President & CEO Appointed to Board of Directors
CALGARY, Feb. 8 /CNW/ - Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (TSX-V:DDY)
announced today that Mr. Justin Zinke, the company's President & CEO, has been
appointed to its Board of Directors. Mr. Zinke joined the company in October
2004 as Vice President of Operations, became Chief Operating Officer in July
2005 and was appointed Decision Dynamics' President & CEO in October 2006. The
Board appointment follows the resignation of director Dr. Cecil Shewchuk who
is leaving the Board to pursue other interests.
"Since becoming President & CEO, Justin has laid out a solid plan for
Decision Dynamics' growth and profitability. On behalf of the Board, I welcome
Justin as a Director and look forward to working with him to continue to build

Mr. Zinke has over 25 years experience providing engineering services and
software solutions to the energy industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr.
Zinke held key management positions at UOP, Hyprotech Ltd. and Aspen
Technology Inc. Mr. Zinke holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana
State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Steve Reece, Vice President of Project Services, Mr. Jeff Austin, Vice
President of Products, and Mr. Tom Everett, Vice President of Technology and
Development as Officers of Decision Dynamics.
