DataLase is a rapidly expanding international company committed to developing its innovative award-winning laser marking solution across a variety of sectors including product identification, anti-counterfeiting, brand protection and document security. The DataLase® process occurs when a special laser responsive coating is applied onto a substrate. A computer controlled beam of very low power CO2 laser light then images the substrate. The image appears as the coating undergoes a white-to-black color change reaction where the laser light strikes.
