Customer Service Changes and Expansion


Precision Finishing Inc. is growing steadily; as such we have been restructuring our customer service team with the intent to provide more focus and expertise for all of our customers.



With this growth comes some changes which started a couple of years ago when we took advantage of Laura Rambo’s customer service experience and moved her into an inside sales position.  Dawn Bryan was then introduced as our new customer service representative who handled all customer service resale and contract shop calls.



With the growth of our contract shop and the attention to detail it requires, Dawn will focus solely on job shop customers.



This will be a tremendous help in timely follow-up on in-house projects for status updates and to ensure information is flowing through the contract facility to meet our customer’s requests.  Dawn has done a great job in assisting all of our customers and she is very excited to be concentrating on our job shop customers.



Subsequently, Becki Banner has been newly hired to focus on customer service to our resale, distributor and Chemtrol customers.  Becki is currently training and mentoring under Nina Hollenbach; our sales coordinator, and expect her to deliver the customer service our customers have become accustomed to.



Lastly, to give us even more versatility we have trained and utilized Valerie McAleavey; located at Checker Industries, to be our back up customer service representative for both of our Philadelphia and Pittsburgh locations.



As you can see we have made a substantial commitment to how we are going to service the variety of customers we have. Our overall objective is to improve our response times to our customers and to create a solid foundation for future growth.
