Developed from the experience of member companies working with their customers and user base, ICS 8-2011 provides information useful to architects, electrical engineers, electrical contractors, maintenance engineers, and those responsible for installation of this equipment. This standard is not intended to replace the manufacturer's instructions and does not alter meaning in all possible circumstances arising from the application, handling, storage, and installation of this equipment. Any problems or questions should be discussed with the manufacturer.
