Product Spotlight: ControlLogix® single and dual weigh scale module
Hardy's HI 1756-WS single and HI 1756-2WS dual weigh scale modules mount directly into an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix® chassis. They read weight and diagnostic data from load cells and communicate this data over the I/O chassis backplane to the ControlLogix processor. Both module reduce installation costs, as they need no external stand-alone scale instrument with a wired communications link to the PLC. Both modules feature Hardy's exclusive technologies, such as WAVERSAVER®, C2® electronic calibration, INTEGRATED TECHNICIAN® and THE BUTTON®.

Application tip: Avoiding breaks during the paper slitting process with precise tension control
A recycled paper company has a paper slitting operation but their previous non-Hardy tension controller underperformed, causing the paper to break and production to go down regularly. The company needed a tension controller that can provide precise control and that flexible enough to fit the uniqueness of the application.
Find out how Hardy's tension controller was able to solve this customer's problems.

Tech Support Tip: What is the best way to install a vibration sensor?
There are several ways to install and use a vibration sensor for your vibration monitoring application. Find out which way works best depending on the results you expect. Also, find out when you need to install a vibration sensor in the vertical or the horizontal axis.
