Composed of RODEC(TM) Tubing Rotators, New Era® Rod Guides and Hercules® Rod Rotators, this group of products increases production and tubing service life, maximizes profits and decreases workover costs.
RODEC(TM) Tubing Rotators attach to the wellhead at the surface. With designs available for reciprocating beam and progressing cavity pump systems, the Tubing Rotators provide evenly distributed wear around the entire internal circumference of the production tubing. Manual, electrical and mechanical options are also available.
New Era® Rod Guides, engineered from plastics enhanced with performance additives, maximize production and decrease workover costs by centering the sucker rod string within the production tubing. The Rod Guides also reduce paraffin build-up and are available in numerous configurations to match any well condition.
Hercules® Rod Rotators are engineered for reciprocating beam pump systems and are available for both steel and fiberglass sucker rods. The Rod Rotators, designed to be maintenance-free, slowly rotate the rod string to evenly distribute sucker rods, rod guides and tubing wear, thus prolonging the performance life of down-hole components.
