-The launch of its new generation seats into the Construction vehicle market

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Nov. 21, 2016 - Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVGI), a leading supplier of fully-integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market, announced today that it will participate in BAUMA China 2016. BAUMA China 2016 is the 8th annual International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles held in Shanghai, China from November 22 and 25, 2016.

At the show, CVG will unveil its new generation seats under the KAB Seating brand, for the Global Construction vehicle market. Today, KAB Seating covers a wide range of commercial vehicle sectors, including Construction, Agricultural, and Industrial seating, serving a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers. Gary Hamberg, Vice President and Global Product Line Manager for Construction & Agriculture Seats, states, "Our new generation seat product line up for the Global Construction vehicle market is built upon our proven seat suspension technology that is reflective of our best-in-class performance, reliability, and durability, with enhancements in comfort, features, and safety, while adopting more modern influences on our styling and choice of materials."

The new generation seating line-up will be on display for a wide range of small to large construction vehicle applications, presenting the range of driver seats from Standard to Premium, with increased levels of customizable options and styling tailored for the customer.
