CHEMIR Welcomes New QA Manager: Diane Mueller

CHEMIR is pleased to announce the appointment of Diane Mueller as Quality Manager. Ms. Mueller will help CHEMIR improve their already solid quality management system, as the company continues to expand services to the pharmaceutical, medical device, food/beverage, consumer product and specialty chemical industries. She brings over 30 years of experience as a QA/QC professional and project manager, developing and improving laboratory quality systems and procedures.
CHEMIR’s analytical laboratory is ISO 9001:2008 certified, FDA registered and DEA licensed. “We are proud of our long record of excellent quality systems and management at CHEMIR and EAG, and we look forward to Ms. Mueller’s contribution to our continual improvement” says Aaron Cassely, Technical Director. In this key position, she will oversee all aspects of CHEMIR’s quality control compliance, including agreements, audits and registrations.
CHEMIR provides investigative analytical services for industries where quality systems are critical. “We can now better serve these industries, with the addition of Ms. Mueller’s wealth of regulatory and compliance experience”, says Mr. Cassely. Her knowledge of state and federal guidelines, combined with project management experience and customer service focus will greatly benefit the company’s QA/QC program.
Ms. Mueller began her career with Peabody Energy Company as an Environmental Project Coordinator, followed by a position as Project Manager with TestAmerica Laboratories. Most recently she served as QA/QC Specialist with American Water. She earned a B.S. degree with Honor in Zoology/Botany from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, IL.
