Charmilles Technologies Hires Additional Field Service Engineers
Lincolnshire, Illinois, October 3, 2005 - In a constant effort to better serve its North American network of customers, Charmilles Technologies has recently announced the appointment of three individuals to the position of Field Service Engineer (FSE): Dan Dickinson, Todd Elliott, and Sebastien Ouellet.
North American Field Service Engineers are strategically positioned throughout the country, demonstrating Charmilles' continued commitment to world-class customer service and support. Mr. Elliott will assist customers in region four (Illinois), while Mr. Dickinson and Mr. Ouellet will service region seven (Michigan/Quebec, Canada). Currently, there are 60 FSEs supporting 31 locations throughout the US and Canada. Two-thirds of Charmilles' FSEs have five or more years experience in the field.
