Chad Gunder Named Akro-Mils Sandusky Plant Manager


Akron, Ohio - Akro-Mils, a North American leader in storage, organization and transport products, announces that Chad Gunder has been named Plant Manager for its Sandusky, Ohio, manufacturing facility.



Before his assignment at Akro-Mils, Gunder joined Buckhorn Inc. in June 2008 as Operations Manager in the Springfield, Mo., plant. In that position, he was in charge of the facility’s injection molding production group and all supporting departments, such as maintenance, tooling and new product development.



Prior to joining Buckhorn, Gunder was Program Manager for Schoeller Arca Systems in Detroit, Mich.; a Journeyman Machine Repairman for Masco Tech in Royal Oak, Mich.; and an Aviation Mechanic for four years in the U.S. Navy.



Gunder holds a degree in business from Drury University.
