Wireless Thermo Recorder Makes Temperature & Humidity Management Easy
CHESTERLAND OH - CAS DataLoggers and high-quality manufacturer T&D are proud to announce their joint exhibition at the upcoming Pittcon Conference & Expo 2012, the world's largest annual laboratory science conference and exposition, from March 11th-15th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. A regular exhibitor since 2006, CAS DataLoggers will be setup at the T&D booth #1166 showcasing a wide variety of wireless datalogging solutions designed for common life sciences applications including temperature/humidity monitoring of lab/environmental airspace, preserving tissue samples, and monitoring vaccines and other extremely sensitive material. Among the products on display, the log-EZ Wireless Temperature and Humidity Recorder is an ideal device to measure and record both temperature and humidity in the close confines of a lab or other building. These data loggers utilize wireless communication to simplify data transmission, and it's easy to manage data recorded by multiple log-EZ units placed in distant rooms via one computer with no need for cables or for manually retrieving the units.
When conducting experiments using water baths, spectrometers, and other specialized equipment, technicians need an easy-to-use yet precise recording device. The log-EZ Wireless Temperature and Humidity Recorder makes high-accuracy temperature and humidity monitoring a snap, designed as a user-friendly thermo recorder measuring and recording ambient temperature and humidity within ranges of 0°-50° Celsius (32°-122° Fahrenheit) and 15-90% RH respectively. Storage capacity is maximized to 1,440 data sets for about 10 days of readings at 10-minute recording intervals. The data logger supports wireless communication extending to 160 feet unobstructed, and the range can be easily increased by using the log-EZ as a Repeater -a maximum of 16 units may be connected. Users can configure the log-EZ to automatically download its recorded data to a remotely located PC at a set time of day, and it's also low-maintenance for ease of operation: just one AA alkaline battery offers about six months of activation. Additionally, these compact dataloggers are protected by a rugged design to withstand rough handling and lab accidents.
For convenient data accessibility, the log-EZ data logger features a clear display of its current readings, and users can check their temperature and humidity data on a continually changing graph as well as previously recorded data including the day's high and low readings, all on PC. The data can also be saved as text and/or printed out. An optional wireless dongle lets users easily extend wireless range by using it as a Repeater.
