Cardinal Systems Expands Executive Team
Schuylkill Haven, PA - Cardinal Systems Inc., manufacturer of steel and polymer wall pool panels, has announced the promotion of Debra Haase to Director of Sales and the selection of David Bradley as Vice President of Project Development.
Debra Haase, previously the Director of Sales for Custom Products, will now be responsible for managing Cardinal's entire sales force, which covers the steel, polymer, and plastics divisions. Debra came on board with Cardinal through the Quaker Plastics acquisition in 2009. Through her efforts, Quaker remains an important, widely recognized name for quality plastic products throughout several industries. With twenty-five years of experience in the pool and custom plastic industry and her position as Quaker's Director of Sales and Marketing, Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and strong customer relations to her new role.
In today's rapidly changing business climate, Cardinal feels it's essential to stay current with the times and technology. David Bradley, previously the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, will be taking on a new role as Vice President of Project Development. As a third generation owner, David grew up in the family business. At age 10, he designed
Cardinal's radius panel table, substantially improving efficiency with the working method at that time. David will follow his inclination for technical challenges and explore new strategic business directions. Some of his projects will include machine design and development, investigating new software, solar and alternative energies, and ways to improve Cardinal's efficiency, sustainability, and growth.
