Business Management Systems Bolsters Software Development Team: Names Robinson Chief Technology Officer, Promotes Milyavsky to Chief Product Officer

Fair Lawn, NJ - February 15, 2007 - Business Management Systems, Inc. (BMS), a leading developer of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions for the fashion and sewn-products industries, announces two key personnel moves aimed at enhancing the company's product strategy, research & development, and customer support capabilities. Effective immediately, Mr. Franco Robinson has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Mr. Mark Milyavsky has been promoted to the position of Chief Product Officer (CPO). Both newly defined positions will report directly to BMS President Lee Goldenberg.

In the role of Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Robinson will lead technical development of the company's already extensive software offering. Leveraging his extensive background in web and database technologies, he will initially focus on expanding the platform and delivery options for BMS' next-generation PLM solutions. Prior to joining BMS, Robinson served in a variety of technology management positions, most recently Director of Application Development, at VIVO Systems in Pennsylvania. He also served as Vice President of Web Consumer Technology at Adone in New York.

"For the past ten years, BMS has set the bar for 'depth and breadth' of software functionality in their market," said Robinson. "With all the excitement surrounding PLM in the fashion market, this is an exciting time for BMS. I look forward to bringing my vision and experience to extend our web capabilities and enhance the interface and usability aspects of this impressive system."

As Chief Product Officer, former BMS Vice President Mark Milyavsky will assume overall responsibility for product vision and strategy. He will also focus on ensuring that existing and future customers derive maximum value from their product lifecycle processes through use of BMS' integrated merchandising, design, product development, pre-production, sourcing and production software modules. Over the past ten years, Milyavsky managed the development and industry application of the company's VerTex(TM) PLM solution in close partnership with BMS customers.

"With the massive shift to global product development and sourcing, the fashion industry is rapidly embracing PLM as the solution to their need for speed, visibility, and global collaboration, noted Milyavsky. "By investing in our own product development, we intend to continue our heritage of providing the best possible solutions and value for our customers."

"We see the continued development and improvement of our products as critical to maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced fashion and sewn-products market," added Lee Goldenberg, President. "These two key appointments ensure that we will continue to deliver extreme value to our customers by aligning our technology with their changing business needs."
