Glen Ellyn, IL - When the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA) called its 2011 Annual Convention to order April 29-May 3 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Lost Pines, Texas, it welcomed speaker, author, organizational therapist, human resource professional, and expert in the psychology of human behavior, Connie Podesta to the podium for a dynamic presentation on "Growing With People."

Using interactive exercises, her own high-energy personality and a host of experience and expertise, Podesta discussed relationships, personality types, influence, life balance and much more.
