Boston Public Schools Chooses Tyler Incident Management for Flexible Reporting


Tyler Incident Management and Versatrans® transportation management solution help Boston schools improve bus administration



PLANO, Texas – Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with Boston Public Schools for Tyler Incident Management, an application that integrates with Tyler’s Versatrans® transportation software suite providing the district with a complete school transportation management solution.



Tyler Incident Management gives Boston’s school and transportation administrators flexible access to record and manage all incidents that occur at schools or on the buses. Incidents such as bullying, disciplinary actions, medical emergencies, bus accidents and vandalism can be recorded with Tyler’s Web-based software to alert appropriate parties and to document resolutions. Boston also plans to use Tyler Incident Management to track parent and school service complaints.
