Lloyd is experienced in various positions at Beckwood and retains the position of quality control manager. His focus is on customer satisfaction and using customer feedback to continually improve the press manufacturing process. Lloyd's additional responsibilities include quality testing of components and quality inspections of the presses prior to shipment.
