Ayanna Plastics & Engineering, Inc. Adds EC85SXII Machine to Production Line
Clearwater, FL, June 22, 2017 – Ayanna Plastics & Engineering, Inc., a creative solutions-driven injection molding company, announced that it has recently purchased a new injection-molding press machine.
The 85-ton All-Electric Toshiba EC85SXII improves shot-to-shot repeatability throughout the processing cycle. This press makes Ayanna more competitive and increases the shop’s flexibility without investing in new equipment. With quicker changeovers, Ayanna can be online and molding faster than ever before. Daniel Redmond, Jr. President of Ayanna, Inc., stated, “This additional equipment complements our growth plans for Ayanna which began with certification to ISO 13485:2003 earlier this year. With the addition of the new press, Ayanna Plastics now has injection-molding presses ranging in size from 50 tons to 400 tons, giving them the capability to serve a wide variety of markets and industries.
