In order to make the environmental due diligence process faster and easier for customers, August Mack offers online Phase I ordering services through its website at www.augustmack.com.
The online service enables customers to enter site specific information, as well as any additional services needed for mold, asbestos and lead-based paint sampling, and receive an instant quote from August Mack. Users may then proceed to the next step by placing an order for a Phase I ESA on the August Mack website. Within one business day, customers will be contacted by an August Mack Project Manager to begin the site assessment process and will complete the project within ten working days.
August Mack offers discounts to customers opting for online ordering and payment by credit card, as well as optional RUSH turnaround for site assessment reports for clients that require an expedited process. The reports contain assessment findings and database search results, as well as sanborn maps and aerial photographs. The assessments are available for download in .pdf format in ten business days after placing an order; the use of RUSH turnaround reduces the time by half.
