asknet Launches New Worldwide eCommerce Platform for Disk Defragmentation Software Leader Raxco

SAN FRANCISCO, March 2, 2006 -- asknet, a global leader in outsourced electronic software sales and distribution services (ESD), has launched a new worldwide eCommerce platform for Raxco Software, creator of PerfectDisk® and the leader in disk defragmentation software for large enterprises, small/medium-sized businesses and home office users around the world.

Raxco has replaced its previous system with asknet's reliable and flexible eCommerce platform. Based on the agreement, asknet designed, built, implemented and now hosts the global Raxco online software store located at http://www.raxco.com. To support continued growth and success across all industry sectors, from small- and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 1000 companies, asknet also provides Raxco with order and transaction management for electronic and physical products, fraud prevention, 24x7 customer service, and vendor marketing programs.

"asknet is excited to add Raxco to our growing list of utilities and security partners. We look forward to helping Raxco grow their online sales revenue by offering our geographic expertise in making their disk defragmentation software more accessible to users worldwide," said Gerhard Rumpff, Chief Executive Officer, asknet Inc. "Raxco will have the opportunity to take advantage of asknet's proficiency in processing unique and localized payment methods, handling complex international tax structures and supporting online shopping carts in multiple languages."

"Raxco is pleased to be working with asknet to improve the online purchasing experience for our enterprise, small business and office customers," said Raxco CEO Bob Nolan. "We have developed our PerfectDisk software to be the most reliable, cost-effective defragmentation tool on the market, and we are delighted to make our products easier to find and purchase through the eCommerce site hosted by asknet."

PerfectDisk Version 7.0 is the newest version of Raxco's leading enterprise disk defragmentation and optimization software, which defragments even the largest drives up to 20 percent faster than previous versions, while utilizing 20 percent less memory and 20 percent fewer CPU resources. Version 7.0 also introduced a more intuitive user interface and other enhancements that solidify PerfectDisk as the premier enterprise and consumer disk defragmenter in the world. The award-winning PerfectDisk is certified by Microsoft for Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000, and is available for download on the Web at http://www.raxco.com/products/commerce/products_all_download.cfm.
