Ashland's Chemical Sector Names Seeberger Director of International Human Resources
DUBLIN, Ohio -- Teresita Seeberger has joined Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) as director of international human resources for its Chemical Sector. The announcement was made by Dwight King, vice president of Human Resources, Chemical Sector.
In this position, Seeberger will play a role in helping Ashland's Chemical Sector businesses achieve their international growth objectives. She will provide leadership for analyses of human resource issues relating to international acquisitions, business relocations and start-up activities. Seeberger is based in Dublin and reports to King.

Prior to joining Ashland, Seeberger was director of human resources for the Polaroid Corporation, responsible for Americas sales and marketing. From 1989-2005, Seeberger held a variety of human resources positions in Polaroid's Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions and at the Walt Disney Company and Sandander Bank.
A native of Mexico, Seeberger earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Anahuac University in Mexico.
