Ashcroft Inc. CEO Appointed Operating Officer at Nagano Keiki Co., Ltd., Japan
Stratford, CT (August 29, 2007) - John T. McKenna, CEO, Ashcroft Inc.(Ashcroft), was appointed Operating Officer of Ashcroft's parent company, Nagano Keiki Co., Ltd. (Nagano), at the June 28 Board of Director's meeting in Tokyo. In addition to his role as CEO of Ashcroft Inc., McKenna will play a key role in the management of Nagano.
Mr. Shigeru Miyashita, Nagano President & Chairman of the Board commented, "the acquisition of Ashcroft by Nagano is a significant transaction that will enable Nagano to grow market share outside of Japan. Nagano acquired all assets of Ashcroft in May, 2006.
