Tampa, Florida: Arthur Machinery-Florida recently attended training sessions at Fryer Systems in Patterson, NY.  Fryer machines are American made and represent the highest quality and value available today. Fryer uses the highest quality machine motion components, bearings and ballscrews. In addition to Ball Bar testing, each Fryer machine is Laser tested to achieve ultimate accuracy and reliability.
Fryer manufacturing and service is a 40,000 sq ft facility, which includes a fully stocked parts department. Replacement parts are readily available and 97% of parts orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Jay Corman, Arthur’s Technician was impressed with the Fryer Touch 2100 control based on the powerful and flexible Siemens 840D platform. The control provides easy-to-use “Conversational” programming, ideal for toolroom and entry level CNC users. A full range of pre-programmed machining cycles, tool life management, set-up hot keys, Conversational or G Code programming, ultra high speed machining, advanced solid model graphics and an automatic geometry creator just names a few standard features. The Siemens Touch 2100 control with 15” screen, out-performs any control in its class on the market today.
Arthur Machinery-Florida offers a full range of Toolroom CNC Mills and CNC Lathes as well as Vertical Horizontal Machining Centers . 5-Axis machines are also available. Custom CNC machines can be offered for specific applications.
