Austin, TX September 17, 2010 -- Ardent Concepts, the leader in next generation high performance test socket & connector technology, will be distributing their latest white paper on the RC Scrub-R test socket system during the International Test Conference in Austin this November 1-5th.

The latest version of the RC Scrub-R system employs an elegant and simple coil form contact made from un-plated semi-precious alloy. This contact provides a 'scrub' at the device under test contact point while maintaining static contact on the board side. This results in excellent electrical contact with the DUT while eliminating the board wear common in many 'rocking beam' style ATE test sockets.
