Firstechnology Inc. is pleased and excited to announce its merger with American Testing Company, Inc. of Bedford Heights, Ohio. American Testing is an environmental laboratory with an industrial/government/consultant client base including a microbiological department. The combined operation will be the largest independent environmental laboratory in Northern Ohio. The principles will be Rajinder Singh, CEO and Cary Mathias, President.
The combined operation will have a staff of thirty technical and support personnel. Firstechnology has added an additional 5,000 sq feet to their current location for the additional staff and instrumentation. The merger will also create an increase in instrument capacity and broaden the company's analytical capabilities.
This merger is taking place to enhance Firstechnology's ability to increase the quality of service, improve turnaround time, establish competitive pricing and improve client satisfaction that you, our valued clients expect. It also confirms Firstechnology's dedication and commitment to this market.
The merger of the laboratories will be done in a manner that will not interrupt our service to our clients. There will be no charge in phone numbers or mailing address.
