Andrew Novetzke Appointed U.S. Nameplate Company President
Mt. Vernon, Iowa –Â U.S. Nameplate Company announces the appointment of Mr. Andrew Novetzke as President of U.S. Nameplate Company of Mt. Vernon, Iowa.Â
Andrew began his career early on working for the company, owned by his father, Richard Novetzke, doing odd jobs and operating equipment during summer breaks.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering and Applied Technology at Arizona State University, where he specialized in printing technology.
Upon graduating, Andrew worked for Meredith/Burda – a multi-national printing corporation; serving as a Technical Service Representative, acting as a liaison between major accounts and the printing plant. Andrew later chose a career in film production.  Andrew returned to the printing industry, and the family business, with primary focus on adding new customers to the already impressive U.S. Nameplate Company portfolio. He officially joined U.S. Nameplate Company in 2004 as the Western Region Sales Manager while living in Utah; eventually being promoted to Vice President of Sales.
After relocating to Iowa in 2011 to work inside U.S. Nameplate Company, he began intensive training in all areas of the business: customer service, accounting, estimating and manufacturing. January 1, 2014 marks the beginning of his service to the company as President, to lead and direct our management team in U.S. Nameplate Company’s’ development, production, and promotion and to continue his father’s legacy of growth and success.
