AMCA International to Host 2-Day HRAI SkillTech Academy Certification Course, for Residential Mechanical Ventilation



Arlington Heights, Illinois- USA - The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International Inc. to open its doors to HRAI, and Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) for the upcoming March 19-20, 2009, 2-day Skilltech Academy. "AMCA International views this as an opportunity to support like industry organizations such as; HRAI and HVI who provide quality programs for the HVACR community, " stated AMCA Executive Director, Barbara Morrison.

SkillTech Academy's Residential Mechanical Ventilation Installation course is designed for contractors and building professionals interested in developing opportunities in the residential ventilation market as well as those currently involved with designing and installing residential mechanical ventilation systems including heat and energy recovery ventilators (HRVs/ERVs).

The program covers system requirements, air flow measurement, and focuses specifically on system design and installation. Attendance is limited to 20 participants, successful students qualify for 16 hours of continuing education credits towards North American Technician Excellence (NATE) recertification.
