AMCA International Publishes White Paper: "Introduction to Intake and Exhaust Louvers"



ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., -- Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International Inc. announces the release of a new white paper, "Introduction to Intake and Exhaust Louvers."



Louvers are exterior-mounted grilles that protect supply and exhaust openings of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) from conventional wind and rainfall, hurricanes, and debris. The white paper describes the wide variety of louver types and functions, and provides guidance on sizing and selection. It also summarizes how louvers are tested for performance rating and participate in the AMCA Certified Ratings Program
