AMAG Technology Expands and Hires Tina Serafin as Director of Professional Services, Training & Software Support
Torrance, CA, March 8, 2011 - AMAG Technology, an access control, IP video and intrusion management solution provider, welcomes industry veteran Tina Serafin as its new Director of Professional Services, Training & Software Support. A new position at AMAG, Tina is in charge of AMAG's Professional Services department, all training initiatives and objectives, and managing the software site agreement program. Tina reports to Vice President of Technical Services, Ray Payne.
"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to manage a great department within AMAG, and to work with the team to achieve service delivery improvements in ProServices, Training and Software support," said Tina.

Tina comes to AMAG after 12 years at Lenel Systems International where she worked her way up from Trainer to Vice President, Global Services. As Vice President, Tina provided executive leadership with direct responsibility for both service execution and sales results for the Lenel and Guardall UTC companies. She implemented improved processes within her department which significantly increased customer satisfaction ratings, and led Quality initiatives that resulted in more effective service delivery.
