With a great customer base, great employees and continued growth Tim Hogan’s Alpha Plastics Solutions Inc President/Owner has added a new warehouse expansion, 2 new silos and new Haitian IMM technology. Now with 20 machines on the floor we have improved efficiencies to help improve capacity and internal controls. The warehouse provides 220 new skid locations we have not had before. The newest machine is 360 ton with another 528 ton on the way in. Our extrusion area includes a new Visual measuring machine and an additional puller. The building is now fitted with the newest technology in LED lighting providing a great energy savings and qualify for Good Manufacturing Practices. We forecast continued growth due to our dedication to continuous improvements. The management team is focused on Customer Service, Quality and throughput. Our assembly services area has had enormous additions including more hot stamps, pad prints, leak testing, gluing, grooving, drilling, punching, sealing etc. Our Thermoform area is steady and experiencing additional orders from our existing customers. We continue to home grow our technical and quality staff as hiring in this economy is our grandest challenge.
