Albany Door Systems Welcomes Josef Roberts as Americas' Controller

Lawrenceville, Ga., January 31, 2011 - Albany Door Systems announces that Josef Roberts has joined its North America team as Controller. In his new role, Roberts will have responsibility for financial management and reporting in North and South America.
Working with key functions throughout the organization such as sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing, Roberts will focus on ensuring that the financial function is aligned with meeting the needs of customers and dealers.
"Our ultimate goal is to make certain our customers and dealers receive the highest quality products and excellent service, and that we are their partner of choice," says Roberts. "My job is to create a financial strategy that supports those objectives while managing risk and a running a fiscally healthy organization."

Prior to joining Albany Door Systems, Roberts was with Cooper Industries, an electrical and manufacturing organization, where he oversaw financial planning and analysis for the wiring devices division. In addition to manufacturing, Roberts has experience in the retail and services industries.
Roberts holds an MBA from Georgia State University. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting from Covenant College in North Georgia.
