Industry Marketing Awards Program Now Accepting Entries



AEM-PICA "Measures of Success" Awards Spotlight Industry Marketing Communications Excellence

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is now accepting entries for its "Measures of Success" marketing communications awards program. The awards are sponsored by AEM's Publications in Construction and Agriculture (PICA) group and recognize outstanding marketing communications efforts in the off-road equipment manufacturing industry. The AEM-PICA awards also spotlight industry best practices as a guide for companies of all sizes and budgets.

Entries are due November 4, 2007. Entry forms and rules are available online at www.aem.org (See Links and Directories) or call 414-272-0943. Submitted materials must have appeared in 2007 or fourth quarter 2006.

Program Details Outlined

The AEM-PICA "Measures of Success" awards program features categories for magazine ads, product literature, direct mail and press kits. To encourage broad participation, entries are judged in two divisions based on company sales revenue.

The program is open to off-road equipment manufacturers and industry-service providers (agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and utility) who are AEM members or eligible for membership. Agencies may submit entries on behalf of their AEM member or member-eligible clients.

Entries will be judged by an impartial panel of industry and academic marketing communications professionals on criteria including overall effectiveness, how well stated objectives were achieved, clarity of message, visual impact and production values.
