AEM May Marketing Seminar: Use the Right Messaging, Media to Connect with Customers



Consumers receive more than 5,000 marketing messages a day. The 2012 AEM Marketing Seminar will help attendees cut through the clutter and effectively reach their audiences with an integrated approach to media platforms (mobile apps and tablets, Web, print, and events).

The 2012 AEM Marketing Seminar will be held May 21-23, 2012 at the Chattanoogan Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee with the theme of "Kon'ek-tiv'i-te (Connectivity) - Connecting to Your Customers Through Messaging and Multilevel Media."

Topics focus on connecting with the right messaging, connecting with audiences (including different generations)' and connecting with content (Content is king!) plus using - and integrating - the appropriate platforms for the message and audience.
The seminar will feature general sessions, panel discussions, and breakout sessions in two tracks. A "social media tech fair" will spotlight the latest tools to help both new and experienced users gain the right exposure for their companies on sites including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

In the seminar's signature teambuilding activity - "Marketing in Action" - teams put marketing concepts into action by developing a promotional campaign for a local nonprofit organization.
