Acenti® Earns Award for Merchandising Excellence from POPAI
Little Neck, NY, May 5,2006 - Leviton's Acenti® Demonstrator was awarded the 2006 Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) award (Bronze level) at the National Global Shop recently held in Orlando and hosted by the Point of Purchase Advertising Institute (POPAI). The interactive demonstrator features Leviton's Acenti dimmer and companion remote alongside its signature triplex receptacle installed in a stainless steel wallplate. This year, POPAI presented 31 Gold awards, 60 Silver awards and 114 Bronze awards.
"OMA awards recognize the innovation and effectiveness of a company's at-retail display. They are the premier awards for recognizing the most innovative and effective in-store and at retail displays that increase sales and make products memorable and enticing to consumers," explained Christine Kelly, Merchandising and Promotions Manager for Leviton.
