PORTLAND, Maine, Sept. 14 -- More than 16,000 value-added resellers (VARs) say Zenith Infotech managed services and business continuity solutions are the best in the industry, according to Business Solutions magazine's 2010 Best Channel Products listing. Solution providers participating in the survey, which was conducted by Penn State University, ranked nominated products in five categories including:
o Richness of features / functionality o Product reliability/durability o Ease Of Integration o Ease Of Upgrade o VAR's ability to service
Within the 'Platforms' category, VARs rated Zenith's Managed Services Back Office solution highest overall for its richness of features and functionality as well as its ease of upgrade. The company's backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solution also received top honors in both the 'Backup Appliances' and "NAS' categories. VARs recognized Zenith's BDR solution for its reliability/durability, ease of integration and ease of upgrade.
