Withdrawal: IBM Rational Software quality promotion for Rational Performance Tester
The IBM Rational® Software quality promotion for Rational Performance Tester, described in United States Marketing Announcement 305-079 , dated May 17, 2005, and Canadian Announcement A05-0691, dated May 17, 2005, is being withdrawn. Effective October 4, 2005, orders under this promotion will no longer be accepted.
Software entitlement (date of purchase) must occur on or after May 17, 2005, but no later than October 3, 2005, in order to qualify.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
