Wilson Tool is pleased to announce that we have acquired Exacta Precision and Exacta FabTool of Toronto, Canada. Much like Wilson Tool, Exacta has been a supplier of high-quality tooling for the metal fabrication and stamping industries since the mid-1960s.

The addition of these strong Canadian manufacturing organizations continues to extend Wilson Tool's increasing global manufacturing capabilities. By expanding manufacturing operations in the USA, England, China and now Canada, Wilson Tool is better able to serve its growing customer base around the world.
Customers of both Wilson Tool and Exacta can rest assured that while there will be no immediate change in operations for the companies, as the integration process moves forward all will benefit greatly. Availability of existing product lines will increase and additional products will be made available soon. With the combination of the two sales forces, customers of both companies will also experience enhanced customer service and support.
