William K. Reilly Joins Enviance Board Of Directors


Former Administrator of the EPA Joins Board as Company Continues Driving Fundamental Change in Environmental Health & Safety Compliance

Reilly has joined its Board of Directors. Reilly, former administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will help guide Enviance as the company continues streamlining environmental health & safety (EHS) compliance management and reporting processes in industries such as: energy, utilities, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.

Prior to joining the Enviance Board of Directors, Reilly served as the seventh administrator of the EPA from 1989 to 1993 under President George H. W. Bush. Mr. Reilly has spent his career addressing critical environmental issues, serving as President of both the World Wildlife Fund and Conservation Foundation, as Executive Director of the Rockefeller Task Force on Land Use and Urban Growth, and as the first Payne Visiting Professor at Stanford University's Institute for International Studies. Reilly has served several non-profit organizations in positions which include: Chairman of World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Director of the National Geographic Society, and as a Presidential appointee to the Presidio Trust of San Francisco. Reilly remains on the Boards of Trustees of the American Academy in Rome and The Packard Foundation, and he is chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University.
