Wilbrecht LEDCO, Inc. Signs Agreement with VISHAY® Precision Group to Be an Official Precision Center for Surface Mount Devices
St. Paul, MN - Wilbrecht LEDCO, Inc., a subsidiary of Microprecision Electronics SA, announces a new agreement with Vishay® Precision Group to extend its Precision Center relationship and add surface mount device (SMD) products to the existing through-hole foil resistors product line.
Under the agreement, both companies will promote Wilbrecht LEDCO as an official Precision Center for bulk metal foil resistors. The manufacturing plant located in Huron, SD will be able to provide trimmed resistors to the precise value ordered with a tolerance of 0.005 percent for through-hole and 0.01 percent for SMD products in less than five days in smaller quantities and selected values to domestic customers. Unique to Vishay Precision Foil resistors is the ability to provide any value with very close tolerance.
Wilbrecht LEDCO's QPL-certified manufacturing plant has been trimming and testing bulk foil resistors for over 15 years for demanding military and aerospace applications.
