Super V(TM) product line provides performance and reliability
Burlington, ON - (August 21, 2009) - The Super V(TM) product line provides outstanding performance and reliability. This Tumblast® equipment is designed for heavy duty blast cleaning applications in foundries, forge shops, and other metalworking industries. Popular with both iron and steel foundries, the Tumblast equipment is an industry standard. Companies that operate this equipment benefit from its durability and exceptional cleaning productivity.
The product line consists of models available with load capacities of 21 cu. ft, 35 cu. ft and 45 cu. ft. All are equipped with direct driven EZEFIT® blast wheels with cast manganese wheel housings and internal cast liners for extended wear life. Blast wheel horsepower ranges from 30 to 75 HP with different horsepower options available for each model to satisfy a wide range of requirements. Hydraulic or Cable operated Pivot loaders and One-Piece manganese lined loading doors are durable components of each system. For foundry duty requirements, lower shaker reclaim conveyors can be provided along with magnetic separators and double lip airwash abrasive separators to remove sand, and large contaminants to ensure an effective abrasive blast operating mix.
Each model includes 1-inch thick manganese barrel head liners and replaceable manganese roof liners. The mill conveyor can be equipped with cast manganese steel flights for superior performance in shot blasting applications. The lower shaker reclaim conveyor with scalping deck provides for early removal of coarse contaminants, resulting in reduced maintenance on the upper rotary screen assembly.
