Winfield, Kansas - Webster Engineering has shipped a 600 HP burner designed to operate on a combination of high BTU syngas and natural gas. The HDR-RF is a remote fan, register burner, equipped with a high swirl combustion head. The control system is a combination of a Fireye flame safeguard and a PLC fuel control. The control system automatically uses as much syngas as available and make up the difference with natural gas. Also includes Fireye linkageless controls and O2 trim.
