Webster Engineering High Efficiency Burners
Winfield, Kansas - Webster Engineering announces the shipment of another of its high efficiency (high swirl) HDS burners for firetube boiler applications. This particular unit is designed for 800 HP service with 10:1 turndown, Siemens LMV52 series controls, TEMP A TRIM air density trim system (includes VFD) and Nema 4 enclosures and conduit. Operates at 30ppm NOx with FGR.
The HDS burner series ranges from 8,400 MBH (200 HP) to 67,000 MBH (1,600 HP) with an integral fan and is available with linkage, linkageless, or fully metered control systems. HDS burners operate at low excess air levels and offer the flexibility to operate on a wide variety of fuels.
