Press release date: July 19, 2012

Winfield, Kansas - Webster Engineering announces the shipment of another digester gas / natural gas burner. The unit has an output of 2500 MBH and uses the Honeywell Controlinks linkageless controls. There are two gas inlets, each sized for the appropriate gas. Since Digester Gas has less BTU content than Natural Gas, the gas valve is a larger size.

The Digester burner series ranges from 400 MBH (10 HP) to 92,000 MBH (2,200 HP), available with linkage or linkageless controls and can be modified to handle methane, syngas or other waste gases. Stainless steel gas piping is typical to withstand the corrosive nature of Digester Gas. The control system is designed to use all the Digester Gas that is available and automatically switches to Natural Gas when the Digester Gas supply drops off.
