Advanced Document Generation Capability Increases Account Management Productivity

Careerbuilder.com was faced with the challenge of simplifying and speeding the process of preparing account review documents for use with their customers. A Careerbuilder account manager, who once logged a request to have such a document manually prepared, now answers a set of questions designed to prepare a customer-specific layout for a personalized account review document, in an on-demand way utilizing the SaaS (software-as-a-service) deployment model. The process includes point-and-click guidelines to assist the novice user. The user then uploads account-specific usage and statistics to prepare a personalized account review including recommendations on how to better utilize the Careerbuilder products and services.
