Advanced Document Generation Capability Increases Account Management Productivity

Careerbuilder.com was faced with the challenge of simplifying and speeding the process of preparing account review documents for use with their customers. WebSource CPQ, through its industry-leading configuration engine, advanced document generation capabilities and standards-based integration technology, has been used to generate almost one thousand account review documents over the last several weeks. A Careerbuilder account manager, who once logged a request to have such a document manually prepared, now answers a set of questions designed to prepare a customer-specific layout for a personalized account review document, in an on-demand way utilizing the SaaS (software-as-a-service) deployment model. The process includes point-and-click guidelines to assist the novice user. The user then uploads account-specific usage and statistics to prepare a personalized account review including recommendations on how to better utilize the Careerbuilder products and services.
