Waukesha® Metal Products' Acquisition with Revstone Fabrication Final
Sussex, WI – Waukesha® Metal Products, an international metalforming supplier, is excited to announce the finalized acquisition of Revstone Fabrication San Luis Potosà S de RL de CV, located in San Luis PotosÃ, SLP Mexico. The final agreement was signed Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014.
This strategic acquisition further expands Waukesha® Metal Products’ footprint in the NAFTA regions, and offers logistics solutions to current customers with locations in Mexico. In addition to its tactical location, Waukesha® Metal Products de México will provide much-needed capacity, allowing continued growth in their US operations. Supplementing current growth, the acquisition also allows further diversification of potential markets served and adds valuable talent.

The acquisition of Revstone Fabrication complements and expands Waukesha® Metal Products’ operations in a region and economic market they have been serving for many years. Waukesha® Metal Products’ new facility is 110-thousand square feet with capabilities that include: metal stamping up to 600 tons, sheet metal fabrication, tube fabrication, and robotic and manual welding. With a strong staff in place, transferred from Revstone and led by managing director Carlos Alcantara, production is already underway at Waukesha® Metal Products de México S de RL de CV.
