The AJT Rotary Waterjet gun at 4,800 rpm and a working pressure up to 45,000 PSI (3,800 bar) is superior for high pressure surface preparation with a rotary speed faster than other available jetlance guns. Proven in the field worldwide for over ten years, the 4,800 rpm pneumatic air drill's high rotary speed quickly and effectively cleans surface while reducing hazardous by-products common to other cleaning techniques. The hand-held jetlance weighs only 10.5 lbs, has a maximum working pressure of 55,000 PSI, an adjustable front safety trigger, a long life seal and no midstem bushing. The AJT Jetlance is customized to meet your job's requirement with a 15"-36" barrel.
Typical applications are removal of existing coatings or damaged surfaces in preparation for primer and coating. The AJT Jetlance has proven to increase productivity in concrete cleaning, ship hull stripping, offshore platform maintenance, refinery and plan maintenance. High pressure sapphire nozzles, heat treated for longevity and laser etched with the sapphire size are also available.
