Garden City, New York - Reinforcing its Responsible Lighting brand standard with ongoing improvement of the company's programs for environmental protection and conservation, WAC Lighting received an ISO-14001 Certification for its effective environmental management system of designing and producing luminaires and components. The company operates a clean, wholly owned manufacturing campus with zero landfill status, recycling capabilities and in-house UL authorized labs.

For more than a decade, WAC Lighting has achieved and maintained ISO-9001 certification by meeting stringent standards of quality management and assurance in productivity, processes, and efficiencies by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To meet these standards, the ISO has audited, tested, and approved all phases of WAC Lighting's production, quality control, design, product development, assembly, shipping, warehousing, packaging, staff training, and servicing.
