HOLMDEL, N.J., and HORSHAM, Pa., Sept. 25 -- Vonage America Inc., a subsidiary of Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG - News), a leading Internet telephony provider in North America, and Motorola Inc. (NYSE: MOT - News) today announced the availability of the Motorola VT2142. The new device, a single port router and 2-line telephone adaptor, configured with Vonage's service is now available at Vonage direct, www.vonage.com, at no cost after a $49.99* instant rebate. This device is expected to be offered at retail. Retail pricing and/or rebates will be determined prior to retail launch.

The combination of the Motorola VT2142, and Vonage's broadband phone service, enables individuals and small businesses in North America to easily set up a quality, feature-rich phone service through their broadband connections (cable or DSL) -- at a substantial savings over traditional offerings. The product incorporates Texas Instruments' TNETV1060 VoIP gateway chipset, further enhancing the quality and feature offerings of Vonage's broadband telephony service for subscribers.
This product represents the continuation of Vonage's relationship with Motorola. Motorola provides Vonage with a complete portfolio of broadband telephony devices including the award-winning Motorola VT1005 and the Motorola VT2442.
