Vodafone Security Shield, Powered By SMobile Systems, Will Protect Mobile Devices Across Germany
COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 8 -- SMobile Systems today announced that it has entered into a partnership with wireless carrier Vodafone D2, to equip Vodafone's German subscribers with anti-virus and anti-spam protection on their mobile devices. Branded "Security," powered by SMobile Systems, this integrated security application -- the first of its kind -- will be available to subscribers via Vodafone live!(TM), Vodafone's interactive entertainment portal, and embedded on several select handsets in the coming months.
