Vishay to Highlight Industry-Leading Technologies in Seven Product Categories at electronica China
Company to Showcase Latest Capacitors, Inductors, Resistors, Diodes, Power MOSFETs, Power ICs, and Optoelectronics for Emerging Applications
MALVERN, Pa. - Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced that it will showcase the company's latest industry-leading solutions for emerging applications at electronica China 2012, taking place from March 20-22 in Hall W3 of the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Celebrating its 50th anniversary at the event, Vishay will highlight a wide range of technologies in several product categories, including capacitors, inductors, resistors, diodes, power MOSFETs, power ICs, and optoelectronics in booth 3320. In addition, from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on March 20, Y.C. Yang, Vishay director of Asia business development, will speak on the importance of discrete power devices in power conversion designs.
electronica China is the leading exhibition for electronics in China and the Asia/Pacific region, covering the latest components, products, assemblies, and systems to address the important application trends and growth markets. Vishay diodes on display at the show will include TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers; MicroSMP, SMP, and SMPC rectifiers; and LED backlight inverters. Vishay Siliconix will highlight its E Series power MOSFETs and p-channel devices with the industry's lowest on-resistance, in addition to multiplexers, integrated DrMOS power stages, and microBUCK® regulators.
Vishay will showcase a wide range of optoelectronic products, such as gate drivers, IR receivers for 3D active goggle, and proximity light sensors. Passive components will include aluminum and tantalum capacitors; low-profile, high-current inductors; and a wide range of resistors, including thin and thick film devices, Power Metal Strip® resistors, and much more.
At its booth, Vishay will also provide a demonstration comparing 1212-8 MOSFETs in the power MICRO FOOT® and PowerPAK® packages, in addition to demonstrations of its VCNL4000, VCNL4010, and VCNL4020 proximity ambient light sensors.
